Client Authentication Agent not working in Windows XP machine

Dear team

After upgrade of Firmware version SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586 client authentication agent is not working in windows XP machine.

So please suggest the solution.

    Hi,

    I have had a look at the KBA and it makes no mention of compatibility specifically with XP, just windows.

    What version of XG were you running before the upgrade?

    Thanks for your reply. Previous version was SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 and client authentication agent is running fine on Windows XP machine. But after upgrade it only working on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
