Cannot download configuration file for SSLVPN, from User Portal . Sophos XG v18.0.5 MR5

I have updated an XG Firewall with the last Firmwarr, v18.0 5 MR5, but at the time only can download the cliente, but not the configuration

Tried setting the provisioning file but only gets errors.

Is there any aditional option ?

The equipment is XG 310 Firewall

    Did the issue occur after upgrading the firmware to v18.0.5 MR5?

    Request to follow the below steps:

    1. Login to the user portal.

    2. Login to SSH of XG > 5. Device Management > 3. Advanced Shell and run below command

    # tail -f /log/applog.log /log/tomcat.log /log/apache_access.log

    3. Try to download the SSL VPN configuration file.

    Please share above session output here or via PM.

    Please ensure that the Default certificate on Sophos Firewall is filled correctly. Also, try to update the SSL VPN settings(Open the config and click Apply) and try to download a configuration file again.
