Share Sophos XG 17.5

Hi everybody, can someone please share the Sophos XG 17.5 iso ? Indeed I got an old sopho SG105W compliant until XG17.5. When I want to upgrade from UTM to XG i only got the choice to download Sophos XG 18 which is not compliant with my SG105W. I already looked on internet during hours and I can't find the XG 17.5 installer...


It would be great if somaine could share the iso thanks a lot

    You can use the official SFOS Hardware installer to get this installed and migrated. BUT you need the official myUTM License before you do it. Because the official MyUTM License for the UTM SG105W is required to migrate this license. Do you have it? 

    Then create a case and you will get the Link to the gated ISO Installer. 

    Or maybe somebody in the community can share you a Link of a older ISO and you can update from there.

    He can't use the existing licence because that has been migrated to a new unit. This a unit he took home after being discarded by the company he works for.

    So, he needs to know how to install the software version.

    Hi Ian

    thanks for your help, at the end I managed to use the XG software on my sg105 with the hdd replacement trick… however I am not sure to keep the XG release on my sg105 because with this release webadmin is so slow…

    Hi,

    the web admin on XG is very slow, especially the lower end models. If you are a person that likes to fiddle then you will need a more powerful processor, if you are set and forget type person then the105 will be okay.
