no success - Enable quarantine digest

if we try to "Enable quarantine digest" we got the message "The operation will take time to complete. The status can be viewed from the "Log viewer" page".... but nothing happens.

If i reload the page after some (or many) minutes the checkbox is unchecked again and all settings (the "From email address") are lost.

Some ideas or hints?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community! 

    What is the firmware version on your firewall?

    Is user portal access allowed on the selected interface under Email > Quarantine Settings > Release link settings? 

    Are you able to send the test email? It could be the connection issue with the mail server. 

    When you try to save the quarantine settings, run a packet capture to your mail server's IP from the firewall and check the smtpd_main.logs.

  • Sorry for the missing information ...

    The firmware is 18.0MR5

    The user portal can be accessed through this interface (the only one).

    Test email can be sent.
