What is the firmware version on your firewall?

Is user portal access allowed on the selected interface under Email > Quarantine Settings > Release link settings? 

Are you able to send the test email? It could be the connection issue with the mail server. 

When you try to save the quarantine settings, run a packet capture to your mail server's IP from the firewall and check the smtpd_main.logs.

We can confirm that we have identified this issue and it is being tracked in NC-72136

This should be resolved in an upcoming SR, hopefully next week.

Test email can be sent.

Hi dirkkotte : Fix for the issue NC-72109  taken in in firmware version v18 MR5 Build 586. You may upgrade device with that version by downloading it via MySophos.

Hi Dennis Kortmann Yes you may also download the same version via My Sophos and upgrade device to that version (v18 MR5 Build 586) and that will fix your issue.
