Sophos License Issue

Hi everybody

My goal was to Upgrade SFOS 17.5 to 18. I download and Installed the Firmware and after a Reboot my appliance never booted up again...
So I decided to re-install 17.5 and to stay there (for the moment) as I don't understeand the new NAT function (it was so easy at 17.5 never made any changes in NAT) :D

Now I can't activate my old license. No matter what I choose trial or re-activated I can't go away from this mask. Can you help me?

If I choose I have an existing serial number then I must log in with my sophos ID and the I receive this:

Hi, you will need to start a support case with the licensing team. ian

When you log into my sophos you should see you licences and whether they are still active. Forget the trial licence that will cause you issues.

For testing purposes I have installed sophos many times appliance/vmware.
So I think that's a problem now. How I can delete all other license? They are not active anymore.

Now I have one appliance that we use in prod.So I only need these one active (3D at the end)
