Hello,
since I installed the firmware 11.0.014 the network interrupts every x minutes.
Behavior:The SSID is not visible for 1-2 seconds and all devices disconnected.
Does anyone have an idea? Is a downgrade of the firmware possible?
I have added the device completely new to Sophos XG

Does this log repeat everytime? Seems like awed is crashing.
Can you check for core dumps?
ls -lh /var/cores

thanks for your answer.
awed.log is not changed.
I cannot access the dumps. access denied.
I had previously updated to XG Firewall v18 MR-3.For evaluation I tested the old version XG Firewall v18 MR-1, there is also the problem.
awed.log is not changed? So those are the last entries?
At least there are no core dumps.
There are no changes. The last entries are in my first post.
check the current status of the service:
service -S | grep awe
Try to restart awed.
service awed:restart -ds nosync
The problem still exists.

Thats the End of your Log again? thats odd.
Can you open a support case?
Yes that was the end of the Log-File.
Can I open a support case as "Home-User"? If yes, where can I do that and can I just link this post?
Hi,
no, home users have to rely on the forum members for assistance.
