Connection issues with Apple devices, guest access.

Hi guys,

 

My users on apple devices, Mac book, iPhone, have been experiencing some issues, particularly users using guest vouchers to authenticate onto the network.

 

They are able to sign in okay with user ID and password via captive portal, after browsing for a while they get disconnected abruptly, and prompted to sign onto captive portal again.

 

I have looked into this issue and can't seem to locate the root cause, further probe via this platform revealed, same issue has been experienced elsewhere: https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/f/wireless-security/56515/connection-issues-w-apple-devices#pi2353=1.

 

Kindly, any ideas on how this issue can be resolved would be much appreciated.
