Unable to manage via Sophos Central since upgrade to 17.5.9

Since we updated to 17.5.9 on Monday we have been unable to manage our XG450 via Sophos Central.

At first we were receiving a 503 error message, but now we don't even get that, we just get a "page cannot be displayed" message.

I have tried disabling/re-enabling Sophos Central management of the XG directly on the box but this has not worked either.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
