Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the user spam quarantine portal in Spohos XG ( SFOS 17.0.8 MR-8) allows the user to white list email? We can do this in UTM 9. The reason I ask is becuase I am getting ready to migrate to Sophos XG and I am not seeing that option. If it is not there, my user community will not be happy with me.

Yes, your users can create exceptions for allowed and blocked email addresses from their user portal (tested with v17.1).
Please see here for more info from the User Portal help page. - Please note that this list should only affect the user that configured it, the definition stated in the help page may be incorrect. I have inquired with our team to clear this up.

Thank you for the reply. Is your screen shot from SophosXG? When I log into my spam portal, I see the following...I do not have the "email" menu option.

This User Portal feature is available with SFOS v17.1
Ok. I just ran a firmware check and it could not find anything newer than what I am currently running (SFOS 17.0.8 MR-8)
Quick update, so as suggested I upgraded to the latest firmware which is SW-17.1.1_MR-1.SFW-175. When I navigate to the quarantine screen, I see the following. As you can see, I do not have an "exception" menu option. Not sure what I am missing.
