Android Enterprise setup

Hi,

 

I'm having difficulties setting up Android Enterprise. I click 'configure' then choose “Managed Google Play Account” scenario and click 'next' and 'register account', i then go to google and enter all the details and complete sign up and it takes me back to sophos central but says 'An error occurred. The administrators have been notified.' I havent been notified though and dont know what the issue is. 

 

any ideas?
