Low Reputation App question

Question

I am a cybersecurity consultant who is working with a very large corporation. Recently, I suggested my client run Sophos Mobile Security on a couple of their company issued phones. Ironically, my client's mobile app popped up in the scan as a 'low reputation app." This is a major corporation so naturally they were concerned about why their app received this designation. Can someone please tell me what is the process for us to dig into this deeper?

 The reputation of an app is determined by the apps prevalent across the Sophos Mobile Security customer base, as provided by Live Protection telemetry data, SophosLabs detection data, and feedback data based on user actions. This user-driven feedback is collated and processed continuously to improve the quality of the reputation data.
