Sophos Mobile on iOS and Tesla car

Good morning,

one of the managed iPhones should be used on a brand new Tesla model Y.

I connected it to car system, phone calls work, but contacts do not sync with the car. Not the whole book, not the starred contacts.

The weird thing is if one of the not synced contact calls the iPhone number, car shows perfectly who is calling, but still I can't find it in the car address book.

If I connect a private not managed iPhone to Tesla, it works perfectly.

The same policies are applied to all mobile phones, so to other iPhones, too, and none has issues on other cars.

Can someone help me to find a solution? Is there some parameters / policy I should double check?

    As per further checking, this is the first time we have heard of this combination. And to further understand what causes the issue. May we know what the current restrictions applied to the device? 

    Also, what email app does the device is currently using?
