Adding a device is not possible

It sounds like the Task Bundle and Policy have been set up correctly. 

If you select "Enroll device with task bundle" are you able to select the Task Bundle created with the "Android Enterprise" policy?

thanks for the answer. Unfortunatley I am not getting any Task bundles shown. I click on "Skip user assignment" for the first step and for the next step it doesnt matter which "Select the enrollment type" I choose, not Task bundles will be avialable.

If you select to skip user assignment, the enrollment options available to you will be restricted. When attempting this on my side, I am only able to see the "Device Management" related policies. Device management is a depreciated form of MDM that will not work with devices running Android 10 or higher. 

If you wish to enroll the devices using "Android Enterprise" management, you’ll need to specify a user to be assigned to the device. 

How can I add users? The page "People" on the left column does not have a button where I can add any!
