Mobile v9.7 migration to Central fails with no errors.

We are trying to migrate on-prem, with a remote database, to Central Mobile. The migration preview passes, with some advisories, but the migration gets only as far as Data Locked and then fails with no error other than The migration has failed.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could look for the reason for the failure?

Assuming that you've already followed the Migration guide and the checklist, I'd recommend you check out the common migration issues section to see if it helps.
