device fixed compliance violance but it still shows up as non-compliant

Hello Community,

I got an issue with my devices. I created a compliance with "firewall must be active". By adding a device(macOS) via App Wizard it provides me the current information of the device. One of these MacBooks was non-compliant because the firewall was not active. I informed the user to activate the firewall.

He did and I checked..

But SOPHOS Mobile still displays the device as non-compliant because the firewall is not active. I already "refreshed" the data but it doesn't changed to compliant.

Can someone help me out?
