XAPK Files through Sophos

Hi ICT Licensing 

Sophos Mobile gets the value from the APK file only for app packages. Would you please confirm if you are managing through Android Enterprise mode? I will check this with my team if we can upload XAPK file for the app update.

I don't know what Enterprise mode is, but I log on to the control suite, mobile, apps, android, add app and then click the link to "add app" and upload the package

Would you please provide more details about the website from where you are trying to download the XAPK file for zoom? I have checked on the zoom website but cannot see any such file. 

I use APKPure for the APKs for all of the apps that we use as a company as most companies do not directly publish APKs

I have looked around at other apk mirror sites as well and they all have zoom as an xapk from this version 5 onward.

Unfortunately Sophos Mobile does not support XAPK files. Also, we do not recommend third party sources for app file, it is recommended to use the official app store only. Please let us know if you have any further concerns.

Unfortunately it is not possible to use the official app store as there is no way to download APK files from it.

If I am wrong and there is a way then please tell me how as I'd love to use the App Store rather than a 3rd party site.
