Good morning,
Am running a trial of Sophos Mobile and have come across this error 'Web Filtering isn't available in managed mode' on my Samsung S9+.
I have setup a Web Filtering policy in Sophos Central to Warn on all Category Websites and downloaded the Intercept X app. When I go into the app Web filtering is turned off and when I go into the Web Filtering section of the app, the option to turn it on is greyed out.
Have I missed something?

Would you please confirm how the devices are enrolled? You can check under the dashboard, what is the managed mode it shows there? Please check this article as well just to confirm the configuration to setup a web filtering policy in Sophos Mobile.
