We have a mobile device that has the sophos mobile control software
it was setup to talk to the server, however that server has since been decommissioned and the phone continues to try and sync and gives errors
the option to uninstall the app, or unenroll is not available.
what is the best method to stop the sync, or remove the app?
i tried to configure it to talk to a new server, however it won't let me as it already has configuration setup
