The content manipulation alert is shown when an attacker manipulates a website’s content to force you to do harmful actions. This allows them to do such things as bypass authentication or delete data. This may be because of the VPN you are using. But, is this happening for any specific website(s) or for everything you browse on the internet? For testing purposes, can you try switching off the VPN and give it a shot. Later on, you can test it out with a different VPN service as well to confirm if the exact same alert is shown or not.
