but seems like no manageable solutions offered, but to wait for update, which doesn't fix my issue.
So...
when using apps like browsers or social media an annoying error message keeps popping up every 3 minutes: "Sophos Mobile Security stopped responding..."
No Sophos Mobile setting tweaks seem to fix this.

Latest Sophos Mobile Security version installed from Google Play Store 5 days ago (currently deleted as its impossible to use the phone due to frequent error messages, but i want it back as it is the most lightweight and efficient free product of the kind to my opinion).
