Had a customer report this last night as well; I think support has asked them to disable httpv2 in mobile control (apparently a new feature or something broke with it)...
Doesn't work.... nevermind.
Take a snapshot or whatever backup you want to first (as this is totally unproven as a fix yet, I do not accept any responsibility for things going awry)… and:
Using Chrome
Logged in as SuperAdmin
Use the Chrome Console , Press F12
Click on Console
Punch in that command: add --disable-http2
Dunno if a reboot is needed or not after (wouldn't hurt probably). Again, try at YOUR OWN RISK.

Well found that does not work... so ignore the above.

Hi,
no, you are right. http2 is the problem.
I had a remote session with sophos technican.
But you have to change it two times from true to false in the "smc-config" file on the MDM Server
and restart the service. Change in browser developer tools is not working.
But there is another problem with the header.
After change no password question popup on the clients.
They have to type their password in account settings.
I wait for a hotfix and let the config without eas proxy on my devices.
