I am currently rolling out Encryption and Mobile management.
I have encrypted a laptop and have enrolled it in Mobile, I was trying to send a message to it and also to lock the screen remotely, but the task fails and I get the error message "Device does not meet the operating system requirements for the task." It shows as fully compliant to policies and also no issues with enrolment. Should I be able to lock and message a Windows laptop remotely, and if so what could be the issue here?
