Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 Blocked

Hello,

Any solutions to unblocked galaxy tab after configuring MDM ?

Context : 2 sorts of Android equipments (Galaxy Tab A6 and no name)

I do an app group with block application and a profil of restriction.

No problem with no name equipment.

However on galaxy tab, after application profil no problem.

But if you reboot the tab, process com.android.phone crash and you have no mobile data.

Wifi on but you cant configure, no bluetooth, the tab is BRICKED !! Impossible to go back with no data...

 

PS : com.android.phone is in group app blocked but i repeat no problem with no name.

 

Any suggestions tu unblocked 5 tabs ?

    Hi!

    Are you able to access the App Sophos Mobile Control?

    When you push the options on the top-right corner and click "about" you can unmanage the phone (if you didn't disable it).

    This should also delete the Application Protection which blocks your services.

     

    Unblocking them remote is not possible in your case.
