I've got multiple users on iOS 12.1 that have installed and configured SMC according to the email instructions and tried all methods.
It says connection verified but not compliant. When they check for compliance it says it is not managed.
Error messages I get when trying to reconfigure are:
"Could not be performed because client already installed"
"Activation failed. Undefined error. Please contact administrator".
"Already installed and cannot enroll".
I have tried reinstalling the app and I have tried configuring with the "configure app link", the QR code and the manual entry methods.
They still do not show up as managed in our system. Please help!
