Hi. Just trying to get up to speed on Sophos Mobile. Is the AD sync tool (or similar tool) only available for Cloud customers? Just thinking if a customer is on-premise and place the Mobile server in the DMZ they'd need to open a lot of ports e.g. AD, CA, smtp to their LAN.

Yes, the AD tool can be integrated into Central via LDAPs based SSL encryption. Please refer to the article Sophos Central: How to set up Active Directory Sync. The user management for Sophos Mobile in Central is managed by the Central user management. Let me know if this helps resolve your query.
