Is Sophos Central MDM solution having issues? Unable to enroll any users.

Since Friday, we have been  unable to enroll any users in Sophos Central MDM. Support has been spotty and some techs suggest that we just need to "wait" and another this morning said that it may be an issue. Is anyone else having this issue?

  • Remote problems appear to be the culprit still, yielding the following error, 2 minutes after putting in their email password into Sophos Secure Email:

     

    "Error: Server is currently unable to handle this request to temporary overload or maintenance of the server. (AS111)"
