API Sync Failure

Connectwise Automate Version and Patch Level: 2019.11 v19.0.307

Sophos Central Plug-in Version Number (From Plugin Manager): v1.0.0.85

Steps to reproduce the problem: After entering the API credentials, the API Status is connected, but the initial sync fails. Any additional sync also fails. The only error displayed is "Error on last sync". I initially used my existing API credentials for the plugin. To be sure that wasn't an issue, I disconnected and entered new API credentials I made exclusively for Automate. I received the same error. I also tested directly from the labtech server and received the same error.
