Updated to v1.4 causing issues

Hi Al, We've posted a new .SAV file from the download links,  Could I ask you to grab that one and report back if it's now functioning on the Dashboard alerts?  Additionally, could you provide how many customers and overall endpoints you service?  It would help us to ensure we scale to the correct MSP sizes.

We manage approx 2000 endpoints and counting covering approx 100 clients. Will look for new .SAV and install, then let you know.

Alerts now showing data, dashboard & Endpoint same issue - see image -  and Assets "Installed" showing no data still while we have >1000 installed

Thank you for the response.  Could you please send me your domain name for additional troubleshooting?  We are currently working on scaling this application to support larger queries and environments.  I don't yet have a date on when that work will complete, but it is our top priority currently.

Also we can not add autodeployments, the add row button is disabled. we already uploaded the csv twice.

Hi Benny, thank you for your interest in our beta of the Kaseya VSA Sophos plugin.  We are working on the scale of this plugin in our current sprint and should have an updated solution to test in three weeks.  I do hope you'll check in with us then and report back if that version is improved.

For the Auto deployment issues, could we set up a remote session to investigate?  Please message me privately with your contact details and some days/times that will work for you to troubleshoot.
