We getting the following error will trying the install the plugin:

• An error occurred during app installation. The data field 'id' is not formatted correctly as a numeric value (numeric number)

Hi Pieter, are you using an on prem version of Kaseya VSA?  If so, what version is it?

We use on-prem, on our test enviroment the install when smooth, but on our prod it gives that ID error. 

Ok, Are the environment versions the same?

Yes, same VSA (Latest) version. 

In this instance, it doesn't look an issue with the .SAV file as it was able to install into your staging environment.  It sounds as if there may be an environmental variable in the production environment blocking the import.  Could I ask you reach out to Kaseya support to troubleshoot that path?

At the moment we have a ticket open by Kaseya because it's a bug in there end. Also is there any page to review new update regards the plugin? See that there is a new build.

For you information the bug is about a tenant user generated in Kaseya that not as a unique id of 6 charcaters but a random GUID with 24 of more. This cause the plugin to failed to install.

Hi Pieter, typically the updates and new release information is available from the Overview tab of the plugin.  Understanding this may be an issue accessing for you, we'll think about some alternate locations to post this information.  We'll be looking to have this available in the Kaseya Automation exchange marketplace once the Beta wraps up.  Ideally, that would be the best location for this type of information going forward.  Barring that, here is a summary of changes made so far.

• V 1.1 Supported IE11 and Microsoft Edge as well as handled some cross site scripting issues with minor versions of Chrome and Firefox causing blank screens
• V 1.2 Enhanced support for logging and issues found within the .CSV file upload process, 
• V 1.3 Enhanced the upload process by separating locations for Mac and Windows .CSV file uploads.  It also allowed for more install options such as the option to remove competitive products.

we get the following error while installing. after the error we tried to uninstall and reinstall. this also leads to the error in the screenshot

• Failed to register Sophos Security Solutions for tenant default. Registration Server response: InternalServerError.

Hi, I believe this is an issue with the latest 1.4 license file.  Could you confirm the date stamp on the file you downloaded?  If my assumption is correct, we will have a fix on the server side for this tomorrow and the plugin should then register with that file.

the download link in the VSA module is a different one than the one here in the forum. the one from the forum cannot be uploaded
