- Added additional verbosity output to steps and pipelines. Added a new "Trace" verbosity level which prints extended information about step inputs, outputs, and context variables. Added basic input and output logging to "Debug" level verbosity.
- Added a run-level verbosity option, which sets the verbosity for any steps that don't have a step-level verbosity set.
