Autenthication failed

I have an account sophos and I can correctly login in this area but I can't login in sophos central console.

I don't find the mail address for contact support for solve this problem...

If I try to reset my password, the web site say my that will be send a mail but this mail never arrive (and I check in the spam too.. but nothing..)

Hel me, please.

  • It might be worth double checking the activation email you got after creating the trial to be 100% sure the email you are entering in the password reset is valid. If there are any other admins on the account you could ask them to login. Beyond this you will have to create a support ticket by emailing support@sophos.com. I've just gone through the reset workflow using the EU region and it came through in less than a minute so it doesn't seem like a general issue. Regards, Jak
