Sophos Central Login

Question

Hello 
 I try to Login to Sophos Central 
 After inserting Sophos ID and also Poassword I get the Security Code 
 I insert the Code in less than 5 Minutes but it always says "Wrong Code" 
 I don't use an Authenticator App 
 What is here the problem? 
 And do I need to pay a subscription to use Sophos Central for Basics
