Self-service User receiving DLP alerts

After one of my users logged on to the "Self-service Portal" it started receiving policy alerts.

I could not figure it out how to solve this besides disabling the "Send me email alerts" button.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    I suggest checking "Role Management" under the Settings page in Sophos Central. When checking any of the other roles present does this user appear as well?  

    If the user does not appear anywhere else, I suggest opening a support case so our team can take a closer look. Enabling Remote Assistance and providing the email address of the affected user will help our team look into this right away. Please also provide me with the case number either here or via private message so I may also take a look.
