I've created a new Custom Role in the Sophos Central portal, with no permissions but 'Help desk' access to the Endpoint Protection product. However, for anyone within this role they still see the MDR Product control panel on the left-hand side navigation menu, and there doesn't seem to be any way to hide this.
Can anyone confirm how this can be hidden from the user?

Did you uncheck the additional feature that can be found on the lower pane when you scroll down your mouse?
Permissions are as below. I've had a user with this role sign out and back in, and the MDR interface is still viewable to them.
Based on the existing options we can see under Role management, it seems like there's no way to hide this for now. But I have asked our internal team for any possibilities. If this is not possible, then we can raise a Feature request for this one. We'll keep you posted for the update.
