We run our VM's in a hyper-v cluster environment. We have followed our vendor and Sophos recommendation and have disabled the following files and folders to exclude from real time and scheduled scanning - https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000033343?language=en_US
However recently we have noticed the cluster looses the connection. The 3rd party software vendor has suggested to disable Sohos protection on the hyper-v hosts to check if this resolves the disconnection issue. I am quite hesitant to do it. Has anyone faced a similar issue and what was your resolution to this issue.
We are running Sophos Intercept X Advanced for Windows Server.
