sophos central subscription function consultation?

Customers are currently planning to purchase sophos center cloud services to protect windows terminals and windows servers in their network environment,What subscription on sophos central should a customer choose? Is it intercept x or XDR? 
 Does sophos central cloud subscription support windows 7, 8, 8.1,windows server 2008? Where can I find the compatibility list?

This shows you the available features for each subscription. And yes, we support the above-mentioned OS version using a different subscription called the " Extended Support " subscription.
