CANNOT LOGIN TO SOPHOS PARTNER PORTAL (RESET PASSWORD MULTIPLES TIME ALL WEEK & FROM DIFFERENT BROWSERS)

Hi Sophos Team,

I keep getting the following error, even after resetting my password and verifying the code on different day this week as well as different occasions.

Error Message: Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again.

 

Once, I change the password, it takes me in to my Sophos ID page. Please see the image below:

Please assist to get logged into the portal. That way, I can submit deal regs on behalf of Palmiq the company (VAR) I work for.
