How long to validate an exception ?

Question

Hello, 
 For some reason Sophos categorize one of our very serious domain as "provocative attire" so I put an exception to this domain as I already made for some other blocked sites we met. But this time it has been six hours and still nothing when for earlier occasions it had been much faster (and I feel the hot breath of the angry developers on my neck). 
 The docs do not give any information on this topic, could it be added and what duration is to be expected ?

 Generally, it shouldn't take longer than 5 to 10 minutes for a website category override to apply. If you continue to see that the website is blocked, I suggest trying an incognito or in-private-browsing window to ensure no cached information is interfering with the results you see. 
 If you believe a website is miscategorized on our side, I suggest submitting a request to have the category updated. You can do this from the following sample submission page. The "Web Address (URL)" section of the form will be the one you'll need to use. - https://support.sophos.com/support/s/filesubmission?language=en_US
