Access to Sophos Central admin console

The installer is downloaded by signing in to Sophos Central. May I ask how you obtained the installer? 

If there is another member of your organization whom has access or provided the installer to you, I suggest following up with them so an Admin account can be added from within Sophos Central. Steps on how to do this can be found in the following article.
