Sophos Endpoint Protection Installer failed ' we couldn't install these components : sed64, hmpa64 '

Thank you for reaching the community forum. Was this the first time you tried to install the Sophos endpoint on this device? If not? Then have you totally uninstalled the existing endpoint prior to the installation? 

Hi There GlennSen, I have several workstation installed Sophos endpoint before, as on this particular machine I had install sophos endpoint earlier few months ago ,but it was installed with the same results , then updates failed on following attempts and recently today removed Sophos and installed back, returns with same error

Thank you, Puwan for your confirmation. Have you tried running Sophos ZAP to remove all Sophos components on this device? Can you try uninstalling the endpoint with Sophos ZAP and re-run the installation?
