I've been trying to get a password by screen of forget password for loging "Sophos Admin Central" since yesterday.
I've taken A verification code by the mail address, but at the next step, the Microsoft 2FA verification screen (I sent it in the attachment) error is appearing.
Also I couldn't continue progress as new subscription either. Why are we dependent on the Microsoft system?
I can't activate license because I can't login.
Urgent solution please.

I don't see anything showing as offline currently from Microsoft's Service Health page. This may be something specific to your account. Do you know if you're using Federated authentication to log in, in any way?
The back-end for our authentication page does rely on Microsoft, so this may be why you're seeing the error.
I had this problem with a firefox browser update the other day; have you tried a different browser?

Yes of course I tried different browsers and also different computers, Internet (different IP address)
Unfortunately, result is failed.anyway thanks for the suggestion.
Sorry it didn't help. It seemed to yesterday, but maybe there was another issue going on and it just seemed like a browser issue.
