Anyone else seeing HTTPS\Inspection issues with Sophos WFP?

Since our latest update to Sophos Central (2.20.13 - April Release onwards), Sophos Web Control and Web Filtering has received a large overhaul. This is not something we can revert however we've found some Web Filtering products previously used alongside us now conflict.

This impact was discussed with our Product Management team who have given our above response. 

Im looking to find other users effected as they seem to be advising they cannot \ wont resolve this issue which in turn makes our product not compatible with theirs

  • My name is Simon, I have picked up your case from the UK this morning. Unfortunately we are not able to arrange a call to perform further troubleshooting - I have recently discussed Senso and it's compatibility with Sophos when it was raised by another client of ours.
