The location at which your data is stored is chosen at the time of account creation in Sophos Central. You can verify the location you've specified by navigating to "Account Details > Sophos Support".

"Each Sophos Central account is hosted in a named region – users choose their preferred region when creating their account. All customer data is locked to the chosen region and cannot be transferred across regions.
