in the people overview, the group names are not displayed for all customers. But the groups are assigned when I click on a person without an apparent group.
Sophos support could not fix the problem.

Do you know how these groups were created? Were the users added to this group manually through Sophos Central, or was this done via AD Sync?
These groups were created and assigned manually. It seems that the last user is always affected. If I delete the user, the user before it has no group in the overview.
I tried re-creating this issue but I was unsuccessful in seeing the same results returned on my side. Were the users also created manually in Sophos Central, or were these users added via AD Sync?
