Outlook Device Encryption Plugin via Citrix

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

The add-ins mentioned in your post are actually 2 different add-ins entirely. The add-in that will be deployed to your devices (automatically) when selecting "Enable Outlook add-in" will provide basic encryption options when sending attachments via email. The options for this are detailed on the following doc page. 
- Password protect files for secure sharing

The options in Sophos Central under "Global Settings > (Heading: Email Security) Encryption Settings" will correspond to Sophos Central Email. 

If you are using VDI with Citrix, it's possible to set up your master image with the add-in already deployed. The resulting clones of the master image will have the add-in as well.

thank you for your answer! 

The Plugin we want to use via Citrix is the one used for basic encryption options when sending files.

We use Citrix Virtual Apps instead of VDI, is the plugin also available for this Environment? If so do you have an instruction how to get it into the Golden Image.
