I have following problem.
Some computers in our domain are stuck in Computers group (and have a working Sophos Endpoint Agent and all is working) and at the same time they are in Unmanaged computers group as well. I tried to unninstall Agent from computer, delete it in Sophos Central console, install agent back, i always get same thing for some computers.
When i protected them back they never dissapear from unmanaged computers group in Sophos Central and this is making me crazy!
What can i do to resolve this isue ?

Let me know if you can provide an example of how the hostname is displayed in Sophos Central for one of the devices that shows both under the Computers list as well as the Unmanaged Devices list. If the name shows slightly differently, please let me know.
Do you know if any system imaging was used to initially create the devices you are having issues with?
Hostname is exactly the same in Unmanaged and Computers group. No imaging solution is used, we do clean install when/if we move some machines. Is there anything additionaly i can check and provide info ?
This issue can also occur if the DNS hostname and the FQDN do not match up exactly. If you can confirm these are also the same, I recommend opening a case with our support team so that further investigation can take place.
