Update Cache Server uses old/insecure version of SSL

Security scans of our network are complaining that our Sophos Update Cache server is using SSL v3.0. This is obviously a very old and insecure protocol and I'd like to disable it in favour of TLS1.2 or higher. Is this possible? If so, how?

How are they determining this? Just scanning to see what ports and protocols are active on the target server? If its just a bulk scan then it isn't really useful for an indicator of possible exploit. I would need to see the exact results they are presenting off the scan action they are doing to advise any further.
