I am the admin for my Sophos central company account,
I Can't access my Sophos central as I am not Reciving the SMS security code to my mobile, the number was not changed, its correct but I don't receive SMS when prompted to enter it
if I chose to use email verification, I receive it by email but the login screen requires a Pin code to be entered also, and I don't know it.
Support Assisted me. it seems that SMS verification can not be delivered to our region, we have activated Google Authenticator instead
