New Sophos Support Phone Numbers in Effect July 1st, 2023

XG115 Wont register on central

Have around 300 of the same model set up and running on central and a standardized method of configuring and deploying these.

Have one that will not register on central, it gives a message about the process taking a long time and that we can watch its progress on the log viewer page. (cant find any reference to this process in said log viewer)

Support said we needed to use a super admin account to register these on central (although I have 300 other units that disagree as they were not registered using a super admin account) but it didnt work

Anyone have any suggestions (before I just deploy a different one and rma this thing)?
